We are finishing the summer slump and giving is down and expenses are up. We have had numerous unexpected maintenance issues that have needed to be addressed. One example is the replacement of the boiler which cost the church over $40,000. Please pray and consider increasing your donations to the church. Automatic giving is an option available to everyone and can make giving that much easier. All options are listed in the GIVING section of the church website.

Join us for Rally Sunday! Our preschoolers will be recognized at the 9:15 am service and presented with their storybook bible and a blanket made by our junior youth students. Students will meet in their classrooms at 10:15 am.
SCAM Alert
Be aware that your pastor or other church staff will never
ask you for gift cards, money, or financial assistance through e-mail or
text messages. Church members are prime targets for thieves running
phishing and spoofing scams. The message requesting help appears
legitimate and urgent, but it is neither. The e-mail address also appears
correct, but it is not from the pastor. Do not click on unknown links or
reply back to the message. Move the message to your Spam folder or
block the sender immediately. DO NOT RESPOND! No matter how urgent
or important the request seems.
Bible Camp Scholarship Funds Available
To facilitate the spiritual growth of our students, Rushford Lutheran Church encourages student members to participate in a Christ-centered bible camp during the summer months. Scholarship funds are available to help with the cost. Families will pay the initial registration fee and the church will pay the balance, up to $500. This is limited to a maximum of $500 per student per year.

Grief Share Support Group
Grief Share is a support group is for anyone grieving the loss of someone dear to them. This 11-week seminar runs on Tuesday evenings March 3 – May 12, from 6:00-7:30 pm.
